When Shah Rukh Khan made a ‘necessary cameo’ on Malala Yousafzai and her husband’s photo on her birthday

Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai got married to Asser Malik. Malik is a General Manager High Performance at Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He did his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Political Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences and graduated in 2012.

He has also worked at Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited for over a year.

Yousafzai took to social media to announce her wedding with Asser Malik in a small ceremony in central England’s Birmingham. In a tweet, the 24-year-old activist said, “Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead.”

With the news, Internet users started gathering information about her husband Asser, a tweet by Asser resurfaced where he and Malala were seen with none other than Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan.

The tweet dates back to July 12, 2021, Asser wished Malala on her 24th birthday. He wrote, “Happy Birthday to the most amazing @Malala @iamsrk had to make a necessary cameo of course.”

Asser and Malala can be seen posing for an image with a large cutout of Shah Rukh Khan with them. From Asser’s tweet, it can be assumed that like most of us, the couple too is a fan of the king Khan.
