Vivo Y100 with colour changing back launched in India: Price, offers and more – Times of India

Vivo Y100 smartphone has launched in India. With the launch, the company has expanded its mid-range smartphone category. Vivo Y100 smartphone is the company’s first Y-series smartphone to be priced above Rs 20,000. It is also the first 5G phone under the series. The phone comes with a colour changing back. Vivo launched its first phone with colour changing back in 2022.

Vivo Y100 comes at a price tag of Rs 24,999 for the single 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option. The smartphone comes in three colour options, Metal Black, Twilight Gold and Pacific Blue. Buyers can purchase the Vivo Y100 online via Vivo and Flipkart websites.

Vivo is offering Rs 1000 instant discount on HDFC, ICICI and SBI Bank credit and debit card holders. The offer is available from February 15 to February 28 on purchases made via Vivo E-store.
Vivo Y100: Features
Vivo Y100 sports a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The display features a water drop notch and supports 90Hz refresh and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone also has a fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset. The SoC is backed by up to 8GB RAM (extended 8GB virtual RAM) and 128GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded using a microSD card slot. The device runs Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13.

For images, Vivo Y100 comprises a triple rear camera setup comprising a 6MP primary sensor with Anti-Shake and OIS technology, 2MP secondary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s also a 16MP sensor on the front for selfies and video callings.
The smartphone is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge charging support. Connectivity options onboard the phone are Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5Ghz, Bluetooth v5.2, USB Type-C, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and OTG. Sensors on the phone include, Accelerometer, Ambient Light sensor, Proximity sensor, E-compass and Gyroscope.
