Urvashi Rautela shares, then deletes Instagram post asking people to ‘save’ her, leaves fans confused
Actor Urvashi Rautela, on Monday, shared a behind-the-scenes video from the sets of her upcoming pan-India film The Legend. However, what fans noticed was the accompanying caption where Urvashi curiously asked for fans to save her although they couldn’t decipher from what. Taking to Instagram, Urvashi posted a video of herself on the sets of The Legend, with the camera and the crew visible too. Urvashi appeared to be shooting an action sequence in the video. She captioned the video, “Please save me. As an Actress my first PAN Indian film #Thelegend will release on the 28th of July, 2022 worldwide. Need all your love & wishes.”
Reacting to the caption, a fan commented, “I don’t understand save her from what. Is she asking us to watch the film and save her career?” Many others commented if it was a typo or if the actor was hinting at something more sinister.
In the video, Urvashi shot an action sequence in an all-black outfit, as she held a gun in her hand, with goons in the front, coming to attack her holding shields and armour. Urvashi deleted the post within an hour. This deletion left fans even more confused. Some commented on her previous post asking why she deleted the video and asking about her well-being. Some argued it may just be a publicity stunt as there was nothing seriousabouthe video.
The Legend is an upcoming action thriller film, which also stars debutant actor Saravanan in lead. Makers of the action film, unveiled the trailer and the first song of the film Po Po Po on on July 18, which gathered mixed responses from the netizens. The film is all set to hit the theatres on July 28, 2022, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
Apart from The Legend, Urvashi will also appear with 365 Days-fame actor Michele Morrone and Tomasz Mandes in a film, which will be helmed by director Barbara Bialowas. She also plays lead in Inspector Avinash, opposite Randeep Hooda. She will also be seen in bilingual thriller Black Rose, based on Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice, as well as the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Thiruttu Payale 2.
