Tovino Thomas twins with ‘Captain Cool’ MS Dhoni as they meet in Kerala, fans say: ‘Minnal Murali with our supehero’

Actor Tovino Thomas met former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni in Kerala recently. Taking to Instagram on Monday, Tovino posted a photo featuring the duo. In the picture, Tovino and MS Dhoni smiled as they posed for the camera. The actor and the cricket star held each other as they stood in a garden. Tovino and Dhoni twinned in black outfits–T-shirt and pants. Tovino geo-tagged the location as Bekal, Kerala. Sharing the photo, Tavino captioned it, “Time spent ‘Cool’. Had a great experience spending time with Captain Cool. That very persona we have seen onscreen – cool, composed and spontaneous brilliance is the man himself in person.”

He also added, “We had great conversations and there was this typical ease in which he would say the most thoughtful things. I feel truly fortunate to have had this opportunity; a great role model for all. Wishing more glitter to your illustrious journey @mahi7781.”

Reacting to the post, a fan commented, “Minnal Murali with our superhero.” “Woooww….. Two Super Heroes in a Frame,” said a person. “What a picture,” read a comment. “Minnal Murali and Minnal Stumping Mahi,” said another person.

Dhoni released the autobiography of noted techno-educationalist, Professor K K Abdul Gaffar in Bekal on Saturday during a function. He also presented a copy of the autobiography, Njaan Sakshi (Me as the Witness), to Tovino. Many other dignitaries were also present at the event.

Tovino is all set to entertain the audience with a new film titled Ajayante Randam Moshanam. In the film, he will be seen playing a triple role. The Malayalam movie went on floors in October last year. Debutant Jithin Lal has come on board to helm the project.

Krithi Shetty, Aishwarya Rajesh, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Kishore, Harish Uttaman, Harish Peradi, and Jagadish are also a part of Ajayante Randam Moshanam. The film will be released in 3D. Besides Malayalam, the film will also release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and English. The majority of the shooting will take place in Kasaragod as per news agency ANI.
