Brown noise has been doing the rounds on TikTok as the latest trend for deep sleep, relaxation, and focus, but could brown noise improve your workouts, too? We got to work sifting the science to find out.  

A disturbed night’s sleep is common, especially at this time of year. According to the Sleep Foundation (opens in new tab), almost half of all Americans say they feel too sleepy during the day, with 35.2% getting less snooze than the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night. This could have a significant knock-on effect on your energy levels, focus, and workout effectiveness.
