Last month, Musk sent out a series of tweets about the Burnt Hair cologne and one of them read, “Stand out in a crowd! Get noticed as you walk through the airport!”
The tweet hinted at the rather distinct aroma from the cologne. And now Musk has tweeted that Burnt Hair cologne has already sold 10,000 units and took a dig at the media as well in a follow up tweet. “Can’t wait for media stories tomorrow about $1M of Burnt Hair sold,” he tweeted. In an obvious joke, Musk’s profile on Twitter also now reads, “Perfume salesman”. He also joked that “With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable – why did I even fight it for so long!?
The Burnt Hair tweet comes at a time when there have been multiple reports about Musk having spoken to Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Burnt Hair cologne: Price and availability
The Burnt Hair cologne is being sold by The Boring Company. In case you are unaware, Musk did sell something called Not-a-Flamethrower through the Boring Company, whose main business is to create “safe, fast-to-dig, and low-cost transportation, utility, and freight tunnels.”
The Burnt Hair Cologne is priced at $100, which is roughly Rs 8,400. Incidentally, we checked if the cologne will be shipped to India or not and currently it says yes but in “Q1 2023”. International shipping costs will be extra.
