Sobhita Dhulipala, for Ponniyin Selvan success party, wore this saree dress

Sobhita Dhulipala is currently basking in the success of her recently-released film Ponniyin Selvan: I. Mani Ratnam’s magnus opus successfully completed 50 days a few days ago. The film boasts of a star-studded cast including Trisha Krishnan, Aishwarya Rai, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Lal, Sobhita Dhulipala and others. Ponniyin Selvan’s first half released this year, while the other half is slated to release in 2023. Sobhita Dhulipala received a lot of appreciation for her performance in the film from audience and critics alike. Sobhita starred as Vaanathi, a shy Kodumbalur princess and Periya Vellar’s niece in the film. On completion of 50 days, Ponniyin Selvan stars gathered for a success party in Chennai a few days ago.

Sobhita Dhulipala, along with Trisha Krishnan, Vikram, Karthi and Jayam danced the night away in Chennai at the success party. Sobhita, a day back, shared a set of pictures of her look from the success party, and we are smitten. Sobhita, for the starry night, picked a stunning saree dress from the shelves of the designer house SAAKSHA and KINNI. The dual abstract tile and bird print hand micro pleated sari dress from the shelves of the designer house stole the limelight at one go. The dress also came with one shoulder and bodycon details below the waist. The satin dress hugged her shape and showed off her curves. “From a little while ago when I put on my party clothes and danced the night away in Chennai,” Sobhita captioned her pictures. Sobhita minimally accessorised her look for the day in a monochrome sequined sling bag and white stilettos with ankle straps. The actor wore her tresses open in wavy curls with a back brushed look and a side part as she posed for the pictures. In minimal makeup, Sobhita complemented her ensemble. The actor decked up in nude eyeshadow, black winged eyeliner, black kohl, mascara-laden eyelashes, contoured cheeks and a shade of bright red lipstick.
