Shruti Haasan Treats Actor Vennela Kishore To Some Terrific Tamil Food
South Indian actor Vennela Kishore is a big-time foodie and his social media updates are proof. Hence, we weren’t surprised to see that he enjoyed a hearty Tamil meal recently. But what was different this time? The scrumptious food was sent to him by actress Shruti Haasan. Yes, Vennela shared a picture of his lunch box and the meal featured all things delectable. In the picture, we could spot dabbas of white rice, sambar, and a yummy gravy-rich curry. We also saw two dabbas of what looked like, karamani poriyal (chunks of long green beans cooked with spices and seasoned with ground dry coconut) and cabbage poriyal respectively, among other dishes. There was a crispy pappadam as well to accompany the meal. Thanking Shruti, Vennela wrote, “Really kind of you to send this lunch box @shrutzhaasan. Happy tummy says thank you for the terrific Tamil food.”
Shruti Haasan reshared those indulgent Instagram Stories and added a cheerful heart sticker.
