Chopped coriander

Turmeric: 1/4tsp
Chili Powder: 1/4tsp
Garam Masala: 1/4tsp
Method:
Step 1: Pour 2 tsp oil once the pan is hot enough.
Step 2: Throw in some cumin seeds till it sizzles.
Step 3: Once the seeds begin to pop, add onions, and curry leaves. Use a spatula to mix it all.
Step 4: Next, add some butter. Once the butter melts and mixes with onions, it’s time to throw in some tomatoes and chilies.
Step 5: Add the spices, coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.
Step6: Add eggs. Take an egg, give it a crack, and open it up on the mix you have prepared.
