We recently learned about Realme 9i 5G’s colours and storage options from industry insiders. This Realme phone will be the fifth edition in Realme’s 9-series after Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro, Realme 9 Pro+, Realme 9 4G, and Realme 9i 4G.

The teaser shared by Realme India’s official Twitter handle discloses an August 18th date and 11:30 AM launch event time of Realme 9i 5G. It also shares the specifications and gives us an early look at the Realme 9i 5G’s design.

We get a flat rear panel that houses a triple rear camera setup akin to Realme 9’s. However, instead of a camera bump island seen on Realme 9, the camera sensors on Realme 9i 5G are flaunted directly. There is also a power button on the right side, which might double up as a fingerprint sensor.

Realme 9i 5G specifications, price (expected) 

Realme 9i 5G draws power from a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chip and features a triple rear camera setup. As previously mentioned, the handset will come in three storage options: 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB. Interested buyers will have three colour options for Realme 9i 5G – Black, Golden, and Blue. This Realme 5G handset could be the sub-Rs 15,000 5G smartphone that the Realme CEO tipped earlier.
