Priyanka Chopra reacts after Nick Jonas hints she kept him waiting for nearly two hours. See post

Actor Priyanka Chopra has reacted after her husband-singer Nick Jonas hinted that she kept him waiting. Taking to Instagram on Friday, Nick posted a video in which he was seen waiting for someone while checking his watch and getting impatient. As he sat on a couch at home, Nick Jonas repeatedly checked the time. The video next showed Nick looking at his empty glass, as he also finished his drink while waiting. The video ended with Nick pouring himself a fresh drink and smiling as he enjoyed it.

The words ‘when she said we’re leaving at 7 but it’s 8:45′ were written on the clip. Nick didn’t take Priyanka’s name in the video. He didn’t caption the post but added the hashtags–love and waiting. He also added Brad Paisley’s song Waitin’ On a Woman as the background music.

Reacting to the post, Natasha Poonawalla commented, “Last night? (laughing, hands raised and red heart emojis).” Another person wrote, “You married an Indian woman what did you expect? We all follow IST.” “Haha… we call it Indian Standard Time (IST),” read a comment. “She’s Priyanka man! She’s never late, every other person is just way early,” said an Instagram user.

Priyanka also reacted to the clip. Taking to her Instagram Stories, she re-shared the video and wrote, “Indian stretchable time is real. #IST #itiswhatitis (laughing emoji).”

Nick married Priyanka in a Christian and Hindu ceremony in Jodhpur in December 2018. The couple, later, also hosted two receptions in Mumbai and Delhi. A few years later, in January 2022, Priyanka and Nick welcomed their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas via surrogacy.

She will be next seen in an upcoming spy-thriller web series Citadel which will stream on Prime Video from April 28 with two episodes, followed by a new episode released weekly every Friday through May 26. In the series, Priyanka and Richard Madden play elite spies who work for an organisation called Citadel.

Fans will now see Priyanka in the romantic comedy Love Again as well. In the film, Priyanka gives love another chance after the loss of her partner. Nick also has a special cameo in the movie. Fans will also see Priyanka in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa along with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
