poco: Poco X4 Pro new teaser reveals 64MP camera instead of 108MP sensor, expected to launch on March 22 – Times of India
Xiaomi sub-brand Poco showcased its X4 Pro and M4 Pro smartphones at MWC 2022. The Poco M4 Pro already made its way to India and now the company is planning to launch the X4 Pro as well.
As per reports, the smartphone is expected to launch on March 22 in India. However, ahead of the official launch, Poco has dropped a short teaser of Poco smartphones on its official YouTube channel.
The teaser video shows both the M4 Pro and X4 Pro’s camera capabilities. However, the key takeaway from the teaser video is that the X4 Pro will feature a 64MP primary sensor instead of the 108MP sensor, as expected earlier.
In the video, one can clearly read the 64MP label next to the camera housing. The international variant has a 108MP sensor.
While Poco has certainly changed the camera specifications of the X4 Pro, it is expected that other specifications of the phone will likely be the same as the international model.
The international model of Poco X4 Pro features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display which has a 120Hz refresh rate and has 1200 nits of peak brightness. Apart from that, it’s a DCI-P3 panel with a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The display also comes with Gorilla Glass 5 coating at the top.
The Poco X4 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with Adreno 619 graphics, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G bands, 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and more.
The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
As far as the camera is concerned, the Indian variant is expected to come with a 64MP primary sensor, as already mentioned. In addition to that, the camera setup will also feature an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor. The front will be a 16MP shooter.
