Nokia C12 entry-level Android smartphone launched in India, priced at Rs 5,999 – Times of India

Nokia C12 is here. HMD Global, the company which holds the license to manufacture Nokia-branded smartphones, has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India. The company launched its latest Android Go Edition smartphone — Nokia C12 in India. The smartphone comes with 2GB of virtual RAM and sports an ergonomic design. Powered by a Unisoc chipset, the Nokia C12 is backed by a 3000 mAh battery.
Price and availability
Nokia C12 comes in Dark Cyan, Charcoal and Light Mint colour options. As part of a limited period offer the company will be selling the Nokia C12 at Rs 5,999. Customers can purchase the smartphone online from Amazon.in starting March 17.
Nokia C12 specifications
Nokia C12 sports a 6.3-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a coating of toughened glass on top. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc chipset paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone also comes with 2GB of virtual RAM support.
Nokia C12 offers 64GB internal stoarge which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 12 Go Edition operating system. The smartphone maker has also announced that the Nokia C12 will receive two years of quarterly security updates.

The entry-level Nokia smartphone comes with dual SIM support and features an 8MP single lens rear camera. The front of the smartphone houses a 5MP selfie shooter. The smartphone also comes with IP52 rating which makes it dust and splash proof.
The affordable Nokia smartphone is backed by a 3000 mAh removable battery.
