MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi on Thursday, posted a video of the former India captain pampering his Marwari horse at their Ranchi farmhouse. The horse has been christened Chetak by the couple.

With the IPL 2021 indefinitely postponed, MS Dhoni is back at his Ranchi farmhouse and spending some quality time with his family and new horse named Chetak.
The former India captain’s wife Sakshi Dhoni had posted the video of the Marwari horse three weeks ago.
“Welcome Home Chetak ! A true Gentleman esp when you met Lilly ! Happily accepted in our pack!” she had wrote alongside the video.
On Thursday, she posted another video in which MS Dhoni can be seen pampering the horse which is lying down and enjoying the massage session from the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain.
Dhoni is the second Indian cricketer to get a horse after his Chennai Super Kings teammate Ravindra Jadeja, who has 4 stallions in his Jamnagar farmhouse. The all-rounder even posted pictures of his pet horses after returning home on May 5.
“Back to the place where I feel safe,” Jadeja tweeted.
Dhoni’s CSK was in second place on the IPL 2021 points table with 5 wins from 7 games before the Indian cricket board decided to postpone the tournament after 4 players, 2 CSK support staff members and a bus cleaner contracted the virus on May 3 and 4.
Leading from the front despite the tournament postponement, MS Dhoni made a decision to leave the team hotel only after the safe departure of all his other teammates. The IPL 2021 season is expected to resume from the third week of September in UAE.
