Motorola Razr 40 series will be launched globally on June 1st. The company hasn’t specified anything about India launch just yet but we can speculate the vanilla model might land in the country at some point in time. The company revealed the launch date of the upcoming foldable phones in a short video which shows the clamshells hidden in a shadow, without specifying the names of the devices.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra specifications (expected)

• Display: The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is tipped to come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1080 X 2640 pixels resolution. Flipping the phone to the back, you see a 3.5-inch secondary screen with a 1056 X 1066 pixels resolution.
• Processor: The Motorola foldable is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC.
• RAM and Storage: The chipset will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and probably 512GB storage.
• OS: The Razr 40 Ultra is likely to boot Android 13-based MyUX custom skin out of the box.
• Battery: The Motorola foldable is tipped to pack a 3,640mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
• Cameras: The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is tipped to come with a 12MP Sony IMX563 primary sensor and a 13MP SK Hynix Hi1336 ultra-wide-angle lens. There will be a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calls.
• Connectivity: Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual SIM, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

Not much else is known about the vanilla Motorola Razr 40 at the moment but recent leaks have suggested a smaller cover screen with widgets support. Leaks suggested the phone would arrive in Vegan leather and comes in Olive Green, Purple, and Cream colour options.
