Take a blender and add soaked moong dal, ginger and garlic. Blend these together. Transfer this to a bowl. Now in the same bowl, add semolina, besan, green chillies. Before cooking, add fruit salt, mix and steam it for 10 minutes. In a small kadhai, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds and heeng. Once the handvo is ready, pour this tempering from the top and serve!
