Any meditation techniques you would like to recommend to our readers?
There are a whole lot of meditation techniques and in today’s world you would even find a lot of meditation apps everywhere.
But, I would still prefer simple pranayama techniques like
anulom vilom and also sitting quietly for a few minutes every morning to do reflection.
In reflection, you would remember the previous day’s events chronologically without being judgmental on those events.
Slowly in your subconscious mind, you would know your own behavior and your basic nature and then improvement starts automatically but you have to experience it to know more.
It looks so simple to perform, but believe me, this is very powerful and effective.

Once you know your profile then accordingly you can adopt a strategy like a
rajasik investor has to learn technicals, importance of stop loss and a
