‘Lettuce-Wrapped Burger’: Funny Technique To Eat Junk Healthily Is Viral
If there is one common wish that would resonate with all foodies, it is that we could eat what we want without thinking twice. We often feel like indulging in our favourite food – especially junk – without a worry in the world. This is especially the hardest when we are trying to be healthy or follow a weight loss diet regime. A blogger capsulated this hilarious struggle in her latest viral video in the funniest way possible! She showed a technique wherein it was possible to follow a healthy diet while enjoying your favourite foods. Wondering what it was? Take a look and see for yourself.
The video was posted on Instagram Reels by an account called @goodnewscontent. It was originally created by the blogger Jahna Samuel. In the clip, Samuel could be seen enjoying her favourite foods such as burgers, and fries. The only difference was that all of them were lettuce-wrapped! Lettuce is considered a great ingredient for weight loss, and the blogger took use of that to make her junk food look healthy. First, she had a lettuce-wrapped burger followed by lettuce-wrapped fries and onion rings. Then, when she wrapped her cola drink in lettuce, she and her friend both burst out laughing. “Trying to eat healthy be like,” she captioned the video.
