Meghan’s team at WME will reportedly also take over representation for her and Prince Harry’s company, Archewell Productions.
While Meghan’s partnership with WME will cover film and television production, fans shouldn’t expect to see her return to acting anytime soon. According to Variety, acting will not be a focus of the deal. Meghan herself hinted in a Variety cover story published in October 2022 that she’s “done” with acting for now, although she didn’t rule out the possibility completely.
Meghan and Harry moved to California in 2020 after stepping down from their roles as senior working royals. They have been working on various projects with Netflix through their production company, including the docuseries Harry & Meghan. The couple are raising their two children, Archie and Lilibet, in the US and have been candid about their experiences before and after leaving the royal family.
