- The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC paired with Adreno GPU for graphics.
- The flagship chipset is equipped with an ARM Cortex-X2 core clocked at 3.2 GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz.
- The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is expected to feature 120W fast charging support, which is claimed to charge up to 50 per cent in just 8 minutes.

- The iQOO Neo 7 Pro has appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark platform, as spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma.
- The listing shows the phone has managed to score a whopping 1,316,514 points.
- The CPU temperature maxed out at 38.2 degree Celsius, which suggests the thermals are quite good on the phone during the stress test.

- Display: The iQOO Neo 7 Pro is tipped to sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, and 1300 nits of peak brightness.
- Processor: The handset will ship with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with Adreno 730 GPU.
- Software: The phone runs on Android 13 with Funtouch OS 13.
- RAM and Storage: 8GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
