HP Envy x360 15 2-in-1 laptop is available at a starting price tag of Rs 78,999 through HP Online and HP World offline stores. You can opt between two color options, Nightfall Black and Natural Silver. HP has also mentioned that the new model is made of recycled aluminum and ocean-based plastic continuing the brand’s commitment to a sustainable future.

World’s first IMAX Enhanced certified display

The top model of the HP Envy x360 15 comes with an IMX Enhanced certified making it a first in the market. It offers an ‘Expanded Aspect Ratio’ with its new IMAX Enhanced certified Display. Meanwhile, an IMAX theatrical sound mix uses a special variant of DTS:X technology to deliver an immersive spatial audio experience through the in-built speakers or connected device. The display also comes with Eyesafe certification for effortless use and supports touch and pen input.

Currently, IMAX-certified content is only available through Disney+ Hotstar in the country but HP India has not mentioned any partnership with the streaming service yet. In global markets, HP did confirm that the device has been optimized for Disney+ US/global subscribers (India and global markets have different variants of the streaming service).

New AI features

The HP Envy x360 15 also offers AI features for added convenience. A new AI Image Signal Processor (ISP) can intelligently detect when the user has walked away from the device and locks it. Upon approaching it back, the device automatically awakens too. With HP Presence 2.0, users can enhance their video calls with features like skin color correction, background replacement, and auto framing.
