Hannah Dudley named Head of Artist Promotion and Marketing at amuse – Music Business Worldwide
Hannah Dudley has been named Head of Artist Promotion and Marketing at Swedish independent music distribution and artist services company amuse.
Dudley will be in charge of developing amuse’s catalog of signed tracks.
Dudley has 14 years’ experience across digital and traditional music marketing, and joins amuse’s global label team to lead strategy and manage campaigns for amuse’s licensed roster.
The hire follows what amuse calls a “year of growth” for the label, which has 5000+ tracks within its catalog of licensed music, it says.
Hannah Dudley started her career at EMI in London, in charge of digital strategy for artists like The Beatles, David Bowie, blur and Pink Floyd.
She went on to Warner UK as Head of Digital, working on albums for Robert Plant, Johnny Marr and Pink Floyd.
In 2015, she relocated to the US to start her own marketing consultancy in Nashville.
She then joined Sony Nashville as VP of Marketing Strategy and New Business, where her role included overseeing debuts for Maren Morris and Kane Brown.
Most recently, prior to joining amuse, she was Global Director of Marketing Strategy at digital agency WMA, where she ran strategic marketing campaigns for independent artists including Ingrid Michaelson, Donovan Woods and Sony Japan’s millennium parade.
