Google unveiled the two flagship smartphones–Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro at its ‘Made by Google’ event last week. Google Pixel 3 and Google Pixel 3 XL were the last two premium smartphones launched by Google in 2018 in India.

Google Pixel, Pixel 7 Pro are now available for purchase starting today (October 13) from 12 noon onwards. The smartphone can be purchased online via Google online store.
Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro: Price, colours and bank offers
Google Pixel 7 is priced at Rs 59,999 while the Pro version comes at a price tag of Rs 84,999. Pixel 7 comes in three colour variants– Snow, Obsidian, and new Lemongrass while Pixel 7 Pro comes in Snow, Obsidian, and new Hazel colour variants.

As a part of an introductory offer, the company is giving a cashback of Rs 6,000 on the purchase of Pixel 7 and Rs 8,500 on Pixel 7 Pro handsets.
There’s also a no-cost EMI option available starting at Rs 10,000 per month and Rs 14,167 per month for Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro handsets respectively.

Google Pixel 7 boasts a 6.3-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate. Pixel 7 Pro sports a 6.7-inch QHD display with 120Hz refresh rate.
Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro run on the latest version of Google’s Android OS, Android 13, out of the box. “It’s fast, smart and secure. Plus, the fresh new style and customisation capabilities makes it feel unique to each user. Users can recolour the look of their app icons to match the aesthetic of their phone’s wallpaper, and even assign specific languages to individual apps,” said the company in a statement.
Google Pixel 7 houses a 50 MP primary sensor and a 12 MP ultra-wide lens. Google Pixel 7 Pro, on the other hand, features a triple camera setup at the back comprising a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and a 48MP telephoto lens. Users can also extend camera range with Super Res Zoom technology up to 8x on Pixel 7, and up to 30x on Pixel 7 Pro.
Pixel 7 Pro also features Macro Focus, which delivers Pixel HDR+ photo quality from as close as three centimetres away. Videos have received an upgrade with the latest 10-bit HDR.

The new Pixel phones come with five years of security updates.
Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are powered by the latest Google Tensor G2 chipset. The new chipset has given some notable updates to the two smartphones’ cameras that include– two times faster Night Sight processing and Cinematic Blur.
