First, grate the khoya and combine it with sugar and elaichi powder. Divide the mixture into small equal sized roundels. Next, blanch almond and pista. De-skin and finely chop them both. Stuff each roundel with a pinch of dry fruit. Put the stuffed roundel into a modak-shaped mould and set the shape. Take out and garnish with pista and kesar strands. Pista modak is ready!
