Pav bhaji is typically cooked in a big skillet. The steps of sautéing, mashing, and combining the vegetables take a bit more time. But making the bhaji in a pressure cooker is much simpler. All you have to do is pressure cook the vegetables together, add the masalas, mash, and you’re done.

Easy Pav Bhaji Recipe: How To Make Bhaji In A Pressure Cooker

To start with, heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Once done, add chopped capsicum, onion, and sauté for a few seconds. After it, add tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, peas, pav bhaji masala, salt to taste, and add 2 and a half cups of hot water.

Pressure cook until three whistles, use a potato masher to mash the bhaji, sprinkle some coriander leaves on the top and serve with butter and pav. Can anything be easier than this? We guess nothing!
