Lagouros started her real estate sales career in 2010 and, since then, has consistently appeared at the top of performance rankings. She is currently ranked number one among all sales professionals in Reston, number six in RealTrends, and #155 in the nation. She is a member of the NVAR Million Dollar Club and consistently appears in The Washingtonian’s list of “Top Agents,” and Northern Virginia Magazine’s “Best Real Estate Agents” lists. She is deeply invested in her community through her volunteer work with NOVA Pets Alive, an innovative rescue program that focuses on animals most at-risk of euthanasia. She also serves on the board of directors of #RestonSTRONG, a community outreach group serving the greater Northern Virginia area.
