Battleground Mobile India developer banned over 65,000 accounts – Times of India
Krafton, the company behind the popular battle royale game Battlegrounds Mobile India, has been pretty aggressive against the cheater and hackers in the game. The company has already introduced several new tools and systems to find and ban hackers to provide other players with the chance to have fair gameplay.
With the view to curb hacking and cheating, the developer has now banned 66,233 Battlegrounds Mobile India game accounts from March 28, 2022, to April 3, 2022.
The company has announced the same via an official blog post and the post reads, “Dear BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA fans, 66,233 accounts were permanently banned from Mar 28 ~ Apr 3. We would also like to present you the entire list of cheaters who have tried to ruin our Battlegrounds”.
Do note that the company has mentioned that this is a permanent ban and players can no longer access their account credentials to play the game. In addition to that, the post also contains the complete list of banned accounts which can be downloaded from the official website of the game.
In case you are facing any issues in logging into the BGMI account, it is likely that your account has been banned.
For those unaware, Krafton banned 22,013 Battlegrounds Mobile India accounts permanently from March 21, 2022, and March 27, 2022. Along with that, the developer also banned over 7,000 accounts between March 15 and March 20.
