This week Apple released iOS 15 for its iPhone models and just a couple of days after the release, users have reported a bug in the new operating system. According to the tweets attributed to Apple’s Support handle, users are receiving a ‘iPhone Storage Almost Full” warning message inside of Settings, despite their devices having sufficient free storage space.

Few iPhone users have also reported the bug on Apple Support Communities forum. As reported by users, the warning message can’t be removed and tapping on it only takes users to the iPhone Storage section where they are able to see the space available. As of now, Apple hasn’t acknowledged the new bug but the company will have to roll out a new iOS update soon to fix the bug that is troubling lots of users.

The above mentioned warning message is not the only bug that iOS 15 users are facing, few users have also complained that sometimes available storage on their devices is shown to be more than the device’s capacity. Some users have also experienced an error in which the device shows wrong tabulation of the space that applications are using.
In reply to complaints shared by users on Twitter, Apple is asking them to restart their devices but that isn’t fixing the problem. The company has started the beta testing of iOS 15.1 this week and it is expected that iOS 15.0.1 will be released soon to fix the above mentioned issues.
The newly released iOS 15 was touted by Apple as a necessary update as it fixes a key security concern with Face ID. Discovered by Wish Wu of Ant Financial’s Light-Year Security Lab, the vulnerability of Face ID lets a 3D model constructed to look like the enrolled user to authenticate and use the device.
Along with several security updates, iOS 15 also brings an array of features such as Live Text, Focus Mode, FaceTime support outside the Apple ecosystem and many others.
