Amul’s Latest Ad Honours ‘Matrix’ Actors Priyanka Chopra, Purab Kohli

After a long hiatus, the movie business is finally picking up pace. We have seen a number of new releases in both Bollywood and Hollywood in the recent past. These flicks were much-awaited by fans and are finally now hitting theatres much to their delight. One of the biggest Hollywood releases, ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ has released worldwide on 22nd December 2021. This is the fourth film of the ‘Matrix’ franchise and stars Keanu Reeves in the lead role. However, this blockbuster has a Bollywood connection too! Actors Priyanka Chopra and Purab Kohli, both feature in the Lana Wachowski directorial. Milk brand Amul took to Instagram to honour their roles in ‘Matrix’. Take a look:

“Popular in Purab and Paschim! Isse Priyankhao,” read the witty post by Amul. “Bollywood actors in new Hollywood blockbuster, Matrix Resurrections,” said the caption. The topical also featured two adorable caricatures of Priyanka Chopra and Purab Kohli. The duo could be seen enjoying some freshly-buttered toast, as is characteristic to most Amul creatives. While Priyanka Chopra plays the role of ‘Sati’ in the film, Purab Kohli features as an Indian game developer.

Amul regularly shares such quirky topicals on latest news and updates. The brand is known to incorporate the love for butter into a number of happenings from around the world in the areas of sports, films and politics.
