Alia Bhatt says she thinks about pizza, stares at her bottle in an attempt to get into workout mode
Alia Bhatt has shared a series of pictures in which she summed up her struggle to find her way to the gym. The Gangubai Kathiawadi star shared a step-by-step routine of how she motivated herself to finally reach her workout session.
In the series that she titled ‘The chronicles of trying to get in a workout’, Alia Bhatt revealed she starts off by wearing her workout shoes, followed by staring at her water bottle and motivational quote on working out, and when all that fails, she thinks about the pizza she would have later in the week.
Alia completed the series by sharing a video from her gym, wherein she was seen running on a treadmill. She captioned the video, “MADE IT!” before signing off with a ‘Bye’.
Alia recovered from Covid-19 earlier this summer. She was diagnosed with the virus in April. On April 2, Alia informed her fans of her diagnosis via her Instagram Stories. “Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care,” she had said. Alia recovered from coronavirus on April 14.
Following her recovery and a quick getaway with her boyfriend, actor Ranbir Kapoor to the Maldives, Alia dedicated her social media account to amplify resources and information on Covid-19. The actor frequently shared contact numbers and videos in an attempt to raise awareness as India battled with a severe second wave of the pandemic.

Alia is expected to resume work on her projects. The actor was spotted outside Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office last week, with whom she’s working on Gangubai Kathiawadi. Alia also has Brahmastra and RRR in the pipeline.
