Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth back to work after discharge from hospital, shares pics: ‘Nothing like being on sets’
Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth, filmmaker and daughter of actor Rajinikanth, on Thursday shared several pictures as she returned to the sets, just three days after she informed her fans that she had been hospitalised. Taking to Twitter, Aishwaryaa posted photos as she sat behind the camera and interacted with her crew members. In most of the pictures, she was dressed in a printed white outfit. Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth captioned her post, “And back to work again ….good to be back! #musafir #payani #sachari #yatrakkaran.” In another post, she wrote, “Photo dump… as I haven’t been around for long here … #musafir #payani #sanchari #yatrakkran …nothing like being on the sets !”
She also shared new posters of her music video Payani in Tamil, Musafir in Hindi, Sanchari in Telugu, Sacchari in Kannada, and Yatrakkaran in Malayalam. While Payani has been sung by Anirudh Ravichander, Sanchari is by Sagar, and Yatrakkaran is by Ranjith Govind. Aishwaryaa also shared a behind-the-scenes video and wrote, “Showing you a glimpse of our making ….rest later! #musafir #payani #sanchari #yatrakkaran.” Aishwaryaa has directed the music video of Musafir, which features actor Shivin Narang. The song has been sung by Ankit Tiwari.
Earlier, on her Instagram feed, Aishwaryaa had shared a photo of herself. She captioned the post, “When you look through it you see magic unveiling and there is a whole new world which you create …can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve made #payani #sanchari #yatrakkaran #musafir n can’t wait to get back on the sets again..#filmmakerlife #cinemalove #throwbackthursday.”
Earlier on Monday, Aishwaryaa on her Instagram had informed her fans that she has been admitted to a hospital after experiencing fever and vertigo. Alongside the update, she shared a few pictures of herself sharing smiles with her doctor.
“Life before covid and post covid …back again in the hospital experiencing fever and vertigo and what not! But when you get to meet one of the most beautiful inspiring motivational dynamic doctors to come and spend time with you …it doesn’t feel that bad doctor @prithikachary! What a start to women’s day eve for me to meet with you! Honour ma’am,” she had written.
Aishwaryaa had tested positive for coronavirus last month. On Instagram, she had posted a picture that showed a cannula in her hand. “Tested positive even after all precautions. Got admitted. Please mask up, get vaccinated and be safe. Bring it on 2022! We’ll see what more is that you have in store for me,” she wrote.
In January, Aishwaryaa had announced separation from her actor-husband Dhanush. The couple, who had tied the knot in 2004 and have two children, posted statements on their respective social media handles, announcing the split. Aishwaryaa is known for directing films like the Tamil romantic thriller 3 and black comedy Vai Raja Vai.
