To access the Gmail messages offline, download the Google Chrome browser. The feature only works with the Google Chrome browser (not in Incognito mode). Follow these steps to enable the Gmail messages offline.

1. Open Gmail offline settings.
2. Click on the ‘Enable offline mail’ option.
3. Pick how many days of messages you want to sync.
4. Click on the ‘Save changes’ option.

You can open the Gmail and click on the Star symbol on the right side of the address bar and then click on the ‘Done’ option. 7. Uncheck the ‘Enable offline mail’ option.
