Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care files for IPO

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services on Thursday filed for an IPO comprising Rs 610 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) of 6,551,690 equity shares by promoters.

The OFS comprises up to 37,43,000 equity shares by Vimla Tyagi, up to 20,21,200 equity shares by Prem Narayan Tyagi and up to 7,87,490 equity shares by Neena Tyagi.

The company may consider a pre-IPO placement aggregating up to Rs 122 crore before the filing of the Red Herring Prospectus with the ROC.

If such placement is completed, the fresh issue size will be reduced to the extent of such pre-IPO placement.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue to repay debt, capital expansion, acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Yatharth Hospital is amongst the top 10 largest private hospitals in the National Capital Region of Delhi (Delhi NCR) in terms of the number of beds in FY21, filed its DRHP for IPO with SEBI.

The company operates three super specialty hospitals at Noida, Greater Noida and Noida Extension.

They have also recently acquired a multi-specialty hospital in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh near Jhansi. With this Yatharth Hospital has a total capacity of 1,405 beds at its disposal.
