Yasmin Karachiwala’s Version Of Snickers Magnum Ice Cream Is All Things Healthy

There’s hardly anyone who doesn’t like to savour ice creams. Be it the fruit-flavoured ones or gooey chocolaty delights, there’s always some room left in our tummies for sweet treats. This comforting frozen dessert also helps us lift the mood on a dull and boring day. However, with all this, there also comes a feeling of guilt while mindlessly consuming sugary, cream-laden ice creams. So, how about giving it a healthy spin and making the experience a lot more memorable? Fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has shared a recipe for snickers magnum on Instagram. It’s indeed one of the best ways to chomp on ice cream in a healthy manner.

In the caption, she added, “My favourite Snickers Magnum Ice Cream is healthy, high protein, sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan, very easy to make and absolutely delicious!”   

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas – 2

Peanut butter – ¼ cup

Protein of your choice – ½ cup

Almond milk – 1 cup

For toppings:

Dark chocolate – 1/3 cup (Yasmin used 85% dark chocolate)

Peanuts – 2 tablespoons

How to prepare snickers magnum?

1)First, take a bowl and mash bananas in it. You can use a fork to do this. Now, add peanut butter, protein and milk and mix well until you get a creamy texture.

2) Pour the mixture into the ice cream moulds with the stick of course and let them freeze for about 5-6 hours.

3) In another glass, melt the chocolate and add some peanuts to it.

4) Meanwhile, remove the ice cream from the moulds. Put each ice cream into the melted chocolate preparation. If the mixture is slightly warm, it will freeze over the cold ice cream immediately.

5) If you want to enhance its taste further, sprinkle some crushed peanuts on it for that crunchy flavour. Snickers magnum is ready!

To prepare this, take oats, mixed berries, cocoa powder, sunflower seeds, pecans, cinnamon, and Himalayan salt in a baking tray. Mix the ingredients well. Now, pour maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla. Make a nice mixture out of it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour. Dark chocolate granola is ready to be devoured.
