Xiaomi 13T specifications revealed via unboxing video before launch

A Spanish YouTuber named Eufracio Lopez 502 has posted what he claims is an unboxing video of the upcoming phone on his channel. It hints at the design and key specifications of the Xiaomi 13T, including a 144Hz OLED screen, a 5,000mAh battery, an IP68 rating, and more.

• In terms of design, the Xiaomi 13T will likely carry a design very similar to the Redmi K60 Ultra.
• The video confirms it will feature a glass rear with a plastic frame and a square camera bump on the back. On the front, the display will have a punch-hole cutout positioned at the centre.
• The upcoming Xiaomi 13T will most likely be launched in Black and Green colours.
• A 50MP primary camera setup is confirmed, which can be seen on the camera bump itself, but there is no Leica branding on it.
• The YouTuber mentioned that the rear camera setup will also include an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro lens. (However, more recent leaks suggest the possibility of the phone featuring a 50MP Leica 2x telephoto lens and a 12MP Leica ultra-wide-angle lens instead.)

• The video revealed that the Xiaomi 13T will offer a 6.67-inch OLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate.
• The upcoming phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC, with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
• The Xiaomi 13T will be housing a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging technology support via a USB Type-C port.
• Additional features include an IP68 certification, an under-display fingerprint scanner, NFC support, an IR blaster, and the MIUI 14 user interface layered on top of Android 13 and more.

On the other hand, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has posted the camera specs specifications of the phone on X. He mentioned that the Xiaomi 13T will sport a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX707 sensor), a 50MP telephoto lens (OmniVision OV50D sensor), and a 13MP wide-angle sensor (OmniVision OV13B10 sensor). There will be a 20MP selfie camera on the front.
