Xiaomi 12 Ultra renders leaked

The new renders of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra have been leaked by OnLeaks in collaboration with Zouton. The leaked renders showcase the White colour variant of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra with a monstrous camera housing in Black.

The device will have a dual-tone rear finish (at least when it comes to the White colour variant) and the large, circular camera module will house (at least) four cameras. In total, there are seven cutouts at the back for various sensors and lenses, as reported by us earlier. The device, in all likelihood, will feature a 50MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide angle camera, and two additional periscopic cameras. Additionally, we can see the Leica branding sitting on the bottom right side of the camera module.

At the front, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will make room for a centrally-aligned single punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. The device will feature a curved display, which we can expect will come with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz/144Hz refresh rate.

The renders also reveal the power and volume buttons on the right edge. The top edge has a cutout for a secondary speaker while the primary speaker, the SIM tray and the USB Type-C port sit at the bottom edge.

Xiaomi 12 Ultra specifications (expected)

The Xiaomi 12 Ultra will likely feature a 6.6-inch QHD+ display with a high refresh rate. The device is said to measure 161.9×74.3×9.5mm. For photography, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is tipped to feature a 50MP main camera and a 20MP selfie shooter. Powering the device will be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which will be paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. There will, however, be more memory variants of the device as well. Coming to the software, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will most likely boot Android 12-based MIUI 13 skin out of the box. Lastly, we can expect the Xiaomi 12 Ultra to sport 120W fast charging support.
