How To Make Soya Curry I Restaurant-Style Soya Curry Recipe: 

First, boil soya chunks in water with salt. When the soya softens, drain the water and let it cool down. Squeeze out the excess water in the soya. Now marinate by adding some salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and turmeric powder to the soya chunks. Pour some fresh curd and mix everything well. Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and roast onions, then add whole red chillies, garlic and ginger. Then add stems of coriander leaves, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Let the onion mixture cool down and grind to make a fine paste.  

Now again heat some in a pan. Roast whole spices like cloves, peppercorns, cumin and cloves. Add back the onion paste and roast for some time. Add marinated soya chunks and cook on low flame. Then add water and some tomato pieces, and cook to make soya curry.  In the end, add garam masala and garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
