In the video you can see that the girl puts steaming hot momos on a plate. The momos have not been made in the regular shape, instead they are open from the top and have 4 sections. This has specially been made to put the 4 different momo dips that the girl has prepared. She further pours green chutney, red chutney, tomato chutney, and mayonnaise on the momos.
