Mango And Cheese Quesadilla: How To Make This Mango Quesadilla At Home

Heat oil in a pan, sauté thinly sliced veggies – onions, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green chillies and chives. Once the vegetables are cooked, add chopped mangoes, and let this cook for a while. The stuffing is ready!

Then it is the time for assembly; grill the tortilla on the pan. Now place the mango stuffing on one side of it, so that the tortilla can easily close. Garnish the stuffing with grated brie cheese, or whatever kind of cheese is available to you. Close the tortilla like it is shown in the video and grill it on the pan.
