The YouTuber talks about what he likes and doesn’t about the Pixel 6a. He wasn’t particularly impressed with the selfie camera quality and also the slower 18W fast charging support.

Google Pixel 6a unboxing video

The unboxing video shows the phone’s design in its full form and the box contents. Unlike the Pixel 6 which had a large obtrusive camera module on the back, the Pixel 6a is slightly flushed inside and this is a good thing. It also has a smaller footprint compared to the original Pixel 6.

The speaker grills, primary microphone, and USB Type-C port are at the bottom. The volume rocker and power button are present on the right edge. The SIM tray section appears to be the left spine. There’s no 3.5mm audio jack in sight. The Pixel 6a seems to have a glass back and an aluminium frame. The phone has an FHD+ display with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Box contents: Pixel 6a, Type-C cable, USB A to Type-C adapter, SIM ejector tool, and a user manual.
