Vodafone-Idea is offering 6GB free data to its customers: How to claim, terms and conditions – Times of India

In order to lure more customers, telecom service providers keep offering deals and discounts to their customers. Following the trend, Vodafone-Idea (Vi) has started offering select customers 6GB of free data. TelecomTalk has reported that the telecom service provider has started offering 6GB of additional data to users who subscribe to Hungama Gold.
According to the report, Vi customers will have to purchase the Hungama Gold subscription from Vodafone-Idea in order to get 6GB of free data. Those unaware, Hungama Gold is a paid version of the music streaming platform — Hungama.
Vi offering 6G free data: How to get it
Vodafone-Idea in partnership with Hungama started offering music streaming services via its Vi app. This came as added content for the Vi Movies and TV platform on the Vi mobile app. Vi customers can now opt for a Hungama Gold subscription which is priced at Rs 108 for three months and get 6GB of additional data added to their account.
The noteworthy part here is that the free 6GB data does not have 90 days of validity. Instead, it is valid only for 15 days. Also, the Rs 108 is a trial price for Hungama Gold. Post three months, you’ll have to pay more to keep the subscription active and enjoy the added benefits.
An added benefit of the Hungama Gold subscription offers users can download and listen offline, ad-free listening experience and more.
Meanwhile, Vi has also reduced the validity of its Rs 99 and Rs 128 prepaid plans. Earlier, both plans used to offer 28 days validity. Now, the plans offer 15 days validity. Other benefits of the plan remain the same.
