Vivo Y36: Price and availability
Vivo has launched the Y36 in one variant featuring 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The handset is priced at Rs 16,999 and it is available for purchase via Flipkart, Vivo India e-store and across all partner retail stores pan India. The handset will be available in two colour options — Gold and Meteor Black.

Vivo Y36 features a 6.44-inch FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display has 16.7 million colour for a better viewing experience. The company claims that the phone has sunlight-readable display that allows users to view display content even under bright sunlight.
For performance, Vivo has used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor with 8GB of extended RAM. The phone comes with 128GB onboard storage.
Design-wise, Vivo Y36 features a 2.5F curved design with a flat frame. At the back, the phone features a Dynamic Dual Ring design for the camera module with a rainbow-like texture.
Vivo Y36 is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge support. The handset runs Android 13 operating system underneath the FunTouch OS 13 custom user interface.
The phone comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup of 50MP and a 2MP sensor. At the front, the phone gets a 16MP sensor with an Aura Screen light. Vivo has included various shooting modes with the phone which includes atmospheric portrait effect with unique light effects. Other than this, the phone also comes with Super Night mode, Multi-style portrait and Bokeh Flare portrait modes. There’s an ultra-wide film format called cinematic aspect ratio for recording movie-like videos.
