In an Instagram reel shared by a video creator @food.india93, we see a roadside vendor making rava dosas. Right from the start, one realises that his technique is far from conventional. He is seen tossing small quantities of batter into the air such that it falls onto the hot tawa to form narrow columns. He continues doing so until the entire tawa is covered with the batter. The vendor goes on to add oil, butter, veggies and other fillings to the dosa. He finally cuts and folds the dosa before serving it. “Amazing Skills of Making Rava Dosa,” says the caption.
