About the Safari
Guests will spend 10 days in one of the planet’s most diverse ecosystems, with a total of 12 game-viewing safari rides complemented by daily yoga and wellness practices/study. Other adventures will include a day at the beach on the Indian Ocean, a forest bathing walk in the world’s only “sand forest,” a visit to a local Zulu village, and much, much more. Guests will stay in two top-rated lodges, including Phinda Vlei, which regularly tops “Best African Lodges” lists by Travel + Leisure Magazine and others.
The tour is all-inclusive, including meals and alcohol, accommodations, and all safari activities (it does not include airfare to Johannesburg). A tour representative will meet guests before they go through customs to guide them through every step of their welcome to Africa.
Be a Real-Life Hero – Save a Rhino
The African White Rhino has been driven to near extinction by poachers who hunt them for their horns. Phinda Private Game Reserve works to ensure a core rhino population thrives in South Africa. Guests on the Nature Heart Safari will help make a difference. The trip will culminate in assisting Phinda’s conservation team with a life-saving rhino de-horning.
