But you would be curious to know what food items were delivered. It was ready-to-eat canned food which consisted of a beef bowl cooked in a sweet sauce, boiled mackerel in miso, chicken with bamboo shoots and braised pork, as per the report.
Maezawa hand-delivered the parcels to the astronauts. You can watch the Japanese billionaire make this out-of-the-world delivery here.

Maezawa began his space trip when he blasted off on Wednesday from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
“One small handoff for Yusaku Maezawa, one giant delivery for Uber Eats!” said Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi in his statement. “Maezawa gets a thumbs up on this delivery, even though it took a bit longer than the usual 30 minutes to arrive.”
The Japanese billionaire has been in the news for buying out all the tickets on SpaceX’s scheduled tourist flight around the Moon in 2023.
In a statement given to the Associated Press, Maezawa said: “The most memorable moments were when I saw the International Space Station from Soyuz just before the docking and when we entered after the docking,” he said.
As per the billionaire, space travel is only accessible for those who are physically fit and have that kind of time and of course, who can afford it. He added that that might change in the coming 10 or 20 years.
