Fresher hiring may be cyclical in IT services, but that is of little comfort to those at the bottom of the cycle. Freshers are often told to upskill to apply for jobs, but courses are expensive and there’s no job guarantee. So, what are the options available for freshers, and can they offset some of the slowdown in IT?
