He used gond khatira in the dish that’s known for curing dehydration and treating heat strokes – something which is very important in summer.      

Ingredients:

Gond khatira – 1 tablespoon

Rooh Afza – 3 tablespoons

Water – ½ cup

Ice – ½ cup (or as required)

Condensed milk – ¼ cup

Soda

 Mango ice cream – 1 scoop

Tooti frooti to garnish

How to make rose jigarthanda?

1. First, take the mentioned amount of gond khatira in a bowl and soak it in some water for about two hours.

2. Now, start making the rose jigarthanda. Take a glass and add the soaked gond khatira. Put Rooh Afza, condensed milk and ice cubes into it. For garnishing, add a scoop of mango ice cream and top it with colourful tooti frooti. Rose jigarthanda is ready.

Put all the ingredients into a blending jar and blend them all. Muskmelon smoothie is ready.

For the main drink, blend some ice cubes, milk, coffee powder, vanilla extract and of course, the caramel sauce (you prepared) altogether. For serving, pour it into a glass. For the topping, use some yummy whipped cream.
