The Night Manager part 2 release date announced
Disney+ Hotstar has announced the second part of the highly anticipated crime thriller show ‘The Night Manager’. The first part of the series started streaming earlier this year, and it has since received much praise from viewers. The Night Manager is a Hindi remake of the British show which is actually an adaption of John Le Carre’s novel with the same name.
The Night Manager part 2 release date
The Night Manager part 2 will start streaming on June 30th on Disney+ Hotstar. The Night Manager Hindi part one is already streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. This is still the first season of the show with first part featuring four episodes, and the second part will have four episodes in total. Even with only four episodes out, the show was gripping enough to have fans eagerly waiting for the second part.
The Night Manager cast
The Night Manager has Anil Kapoor taking the role of Shailendra Rungta aka Shelly, and Aditya Roy Kapur who plays Shantanu Sengupta aka Shaan. Playing his girlfriend is Sobhita Dhulipala who is cast as Kaveri ‘K’ Dixit in the show. Playing beside them in supporting roles are Tillotama Shome, Ravi Behl and Saswata Chatterjee.
What to expect from The Night Manager part 2
Created by Sandeep Modi, The Night Manager started with Shaan Sengupta, a former naval officer who is now living a different life by working as the night manager at Dhaka’s Hotel Orient Pearl. Shaan gets involved in RAW’s efforts to gather intel on the the billionaire arms dealer Shailendra ‘Shelly’ Rungta.
While Shaan manages to earn Shelly’s trust there’s suspicion around his loyalty raised by his right-hand man Brij Pal. But Shaan with the help of Indian Intelligence Officer Lipika Saikia Rao (Tillotama Shome) manages to remove Brij Pal and become the CEO of one of Shelly’s companies. Now that Shaan is deep in Shelly’s kingdom it’s interesting to see whether he stays true to the mission of flips sides.
