Reports claimed that The Glory co-stars began dating after they met on the sets of the show. Their relationship became serious reportedly after a trip with the show’s cast in 2022. Several pictures of them have also been leaked online as well.
Reacting to the relationship claims of Dispatch, Lim Ji Yeon’s agency Artist Company confirmed the dating rumours, and was quoted as saying by Soompi, “Lim Ji Yeon and Lee Do Hyun have gone from being close colleagues to the stage of cautiously getting to know one another better with positive feelings. We’d be grateful if you’d look warmly upon [their relationship].”
On the other hand, Lee Do Hyun’s agency Yuehua Entertainment said in response to the dating rumours, “After spending some time as close colleagues, the two of them developed an interest in one another, and they are cautiously getting to know each other.”
Meanwhile, reports also claim that Lee Do Hyun personally escorted Lim Ji Yeon home after a dinner party attended by all cast and crew members of The Glory in January. In attendance was also Song Hye Kyo, Park Sung Hoon, Yeom Hye Ran, Jung Sung Il, Kim Hieora, Cha Joo Young, and Kim Gun Woo, alongside the series writer Kim Eun Sook.
Lee Do Hyun made his acting debut in 2017 with Prison Playbook. Since then he starred in K-dramas like Still 17, Hotel del Luna, Sweet Home, 18 Again, Youth of May and many more.
Lee Ji Yeon made her film debut in 2014 after appearing in several short films and plays. She rose to fame with her first film Obsessed and also starred in Dear, Lim in the same year. Some of her best work includes The Treacherous, High Society, The Mansion and Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area.
