Tecno Spark 7 Pro, which was launched globally last month has now been launched in India. The budget handset from the brand comes with a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset at the core and has three rear cameras, arranged in a vertical orientation. Notably, the handset offers a 90Hz display refresh rate and HyperEngine and resource management technology that “creates a faster response and quicker frame rates,” the company said in its release. Apart from this, the phone also comes with a distinct design, which might help it stand out from other phones in this competitive price segment.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro price in India starts from Rs 9,999, which is the retail price for the 4GB+64GB variant of the phone. The other configuration, i.e. 6GB+64GB, will retail for Rs 10,999. The company has mentioned that these are “special launch prices” but hasn’t specified the prices at which these phones will eventually sell for. The phone will be available in Alps Blue, Spruce Green, and Magnet Black colours. The phone will go on sale through Amazon starting May 28th and the brand is also offering 10 percent off on SBI credit cards & credit card EMI transactions for a limited time.

Tecno Spark 7 Pro packs a 6.6-inch HD+ display (1,600 X 720 pixels resolution) with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will be fuelled by the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, paired with up to 6GB RAM. As far as software is concerned, the phone loads up Android 11-based HiOS 7.5 out of the box. Tecno Spark 7 Pro connectivity features include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and dual-band Wi-Fi.
